Here’s how our typical process works. We’ll first have a phone conversation with you to see if we will be a good fit for each other. Then, we’ll assess the property to see if its best use case fits your needs. After that, we’ll put an offer together for you. We will typically have your offer ready within a week of learning everything about you and the property, sometimes much sooner.
How long will it be until closing?
This depends on you and what we can do with the property. Since we’re not buying your land for personal use, we can work on your timeline depending on your needs and what can be done with the property. If you need to close very quickly for some reason, we can help you with that. If you are looking for more money or more of a legacy from your property, we can have that discussion too to see if that makes sense.
What will I have to do?
We just need you to be open and honest with us and share as much about the property so the closing goes as smooth as possible.
